I recently stayed at a hotel in the picturesque mountains of Himachal Pradesh and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the rooms were well-maintained and had a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains from the balcony. It was the perfect spot to start my day with a cup of tea. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. They were attentive and always ready to assist with any query or request. Lastly, the breakfast offered at this hotel was delicious and satisfying. It was a great way to kickstart my day of exploring the serene surroundings. I was impressed with the attention to detail, the serene location, and the warm hospitality of this hotel.

All was fine and nothing major to complain about.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the spacious and well-cleaned room which had a breathtaking view of mountains. Natural beauty just outside my balcony was a treat for my eyes! the staff treated me well with utmost care and respect, and the food they cook was delicious. I especially appreciated the kitchen staff who cooked the food according to my preference. I also enjoyed the location of the hotel, which was away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still in close proximity to tourist attractions.

There were a few things that didn't meet my expectations. the facilities provided by the hotel were quite limited, and it was difficult to get any service in the night.

The hotel had limited facilities, and there was no recreational activity on the premises. , some of the staff members were not very hospitable and lacked the enthusiasm to provide excellent customer service.

Located in a calm and peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle, it provides a relaxing atmosphere for a pleasant stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring that the basic amenities are well taken care of. Additionally, the breakfast served is of good quality, adding to the overall positive experience.

All in all, everything was satisfactory and met expectations.

The location of this cottage is great, as it is just a short distance from the market and offers easy access to nearby attractions. the rooms are well-designed and provide a mesmerizing view of the mountains. the staff is respectful and provides prompt service. the cottage also has a nice on-site restaurant where you can enjoy delicious food.

Some of the facilities available in the rooms do not justify the rates.
